1. Return & Refund Policy

At Jaishna-Agro, we specialize in agricultural and consumable products. Due to the perishable and natural nature of these items, we follow a strict no-return and limited refund policy.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after placing the order
  • Natural variations in color, size, texture, or appearance
  • Differences caused by screen display or lighting
  • Products that are opened, used, or partially consumed
  • Delays caused by courier or external logistics partners

2. Damaged or Incorrect Product Claims

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.

To raise a claim, you must provide:

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Clear images of the damaged or incorrect product

Claims without proper proof will not be processed.

Once verified, we will:

  • Provide a replacement of the same product, or
  • Offer a suitable resolution based on product availability

Refunds are not provided, except in rare and approved exceptional cases.

3. Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging
  • The complaint must be raised within the defined timeframe
  • Valid proof such as video and photos must be submitted

Products failing to meet these conditions will not be eligible for replacement.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not permitted

Eligible refunds for cancellations:

  • Processed to the original payment method within 3–7 working days

Cancellation is not applicable for:

  • Orders that have already been dispatched
  • Bulk, customized, or special category orders (if applicable)

5. Delivery Delays (Force Majeure)

Jaishna-Agro is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier or logistics disruptions
  • Natural disasters or unforeseen events
  • High-demand or festival season delays

While we ensure timely dispatch, final delivery timelines depend on shipping partners.

6. Product Disclaimer

  • Agricultural products may naturally vary in color, size, texture, and appearance
  • Such variations are inherent and do not qualify as defects
  • Product images are for reference purposes only
